» Southern Indiana—based brewpub Big Woods Brewing Co. is putting down roots at the corner of 10th and Main streets in Speedway, with a new restaurant and beer garden opening next spring. Big Woods Speedway will serve a full menu of popular recipes and craft brews made famous at the brewery’s other locations: Big Woods Nashville, Big Woods Pizza, and taproom Quaff On! Bloomington.
» Fishers T-shirt shop Vardagen (8684 E 116th St.) is adding an espresso bar called Sure Shot Coffee. According to Sure Shot Coffee’s Instagram, the bar will serve cold-brewed coffee on tap, as well as other java drinks.

» According to the IBJ, upscale Cleveland-based steakhouse Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse will open its first Indiana location in downtown’s Illinois Building at the corner of Market and Illinois streets, joining Chicago pizza chain Giordano’s.
