Another food truck is about to hit the streets of Indianapolis. Edward’s Drive-In (2126 S. Sherman Dr., 786-1638) is preparing to take its
tenderloins, onion rings, and root beer (which have been featured on Adam Richman’s Man v. Food), on the road at the beginning of August. The truck, which will be called either Edward’s Gasboard Diner or The Tenderloin Beast, will be out and about for the lunch hour at least four days a week to make its Southside diner food available all over the city. “We will be where the people want us to be,” says owner Jeff Edwards. The truck’s daily location will be updated via Twitter feed.
