This sophisticated chain restaurant in Clay Terrace has everything for the seafood-lover. Skip the ordinary appetizers in favor of the seared ahi tuna, fresh and accented with sushi rice and apricot ale. Close to a dozen types of fish are flown in fresh daily and are offered with one of four treatments—we particularly like the Chilean sea bass with the soy sauce–based Shang Hai preparation.
