LIBRARY-FBIt has been years since Mary and Al Wei’s sprawling restaurant housed the high-end Mon Reve, but the place retains some of that old-school elegance. The food is solid, good fare—from a prime rib served with a side of creamy, skins-on mashed potatoes to the Chicken Normandy, layered with mushrooms, apples, and Calvados brandy cream, and fettuccini Alfredo enhanced with sweet peppers, pine nuts, Gorgonzola, and tenderloin.
