Just when we thought this SoBro spot couldn’t boast a more impressive regional-beer rotation, owner Kevin Matalucci pads the list with drafts concocted in his new brewery, Twenty Below, recently opened in the eatery’s basement. Patrons can sip more than 40 craft beers while feasting on offerings like soy-glazed pork belly—impeccably seared and juicy—or the poutine’s bed of house fries covered in cheese curds, vegetarian gravy, and green onions. Among the meat-free options: a Reuben that replaces traditional corned beef with roasted portabellas, and a thick banh mi layered with tofu, pickled daikon, and fresh jalapeño, doused in Mae Ploy chili sauce.
