This slip of a bar pulls double duty as both a purveyor of fine libations and a swell place to grab a bite to eat. Dapper barkeeps concoct old-school cocktails with new-school mixology, including a Silver Gin Fizz with egg whites and orange-blossom water; an absinthe preparation; and a tall, refreshing Dark & Stormy that will certainly take the edge off of your day. A menu whittled down to 16 or so small plates is designed mainly to pair nicely with the drinks, but these are some sophisticated munchies: a chicken-liver pate on mini waffles and a seasonal sloppy joe made with Indiana bison.
