This homey Broad Ripple restaurant has plenty of fans among vegetarians hooked on groovy dishes like Waldorf salad enhanced with edamame and a full column of gooey meat-free sandwiches. But carnivores have discovered the D'nai, a slow-roasted ham-and-kale sandwich with pepper Jack cheese.
