The evolving non-sushi menu has a local focus, evidenced in offerings such as a steamed bun with Gunthorp Farms pork belly, pickles, Sriracha, hoisin, and scallions. The homemade ice creams and sorbets are made with whatever's in season. We love the blueberry.
