R Bistro is hosting a 3 course dinner paired with Sun King in support of Slow Food Indy. Mehallick will be slow roasting a whole goat, which will be featured on a plate with butternut and spinach gratin, and a salad of apple and kohlrabi. First course is a salad of local arugula, roasted beets, and cheese from Ludwig Farmstead Creamery. The second course is roasted goat with butternut and spinach gratin, with a kohlrabi-apple salad and the third course is apple-persimmon bread pudding with Traders Point Creamery yogurt. $50 per person.
