Chef Josh Horrigan of the Culinary Academy will prepare and present a family-style shrimp boil with shrimp from Bedrock Springs Seafood Farm and meats from Smoking Goose paired with BRB ale. Fresh shrimp, andouille sausage, red potatoes, mushrooms and corn on the cob all liberally seasoned with Old Bay and served “beach” style—no plates. There’s a Tasso starter to kick off the meal, finished with a choco-porter ice cream. Participants get to be the first to sample this year’s batch of our hugely popular Kolsch, as well as a mystery ale.
