Chef Daniel is highlighting this holiday with dishes reflecting the season and his signature items including: Southern Indiana Buttermilk Biscuit Basket, 4th generation biscuits with homemade apple butter, $5.50; Strawberries and Cream, mint syrup, $5.00; and Rhoads Farm Scrambled Eggs with smoked salmon, fennel salad and Scholar’s Inn toast, $11.00. Entrees include Babe Ruth Steak and Eggs, top loin baseball steak, Rhoads Farm eggs, home fries and roasted tomatoes, $14.00; Bourbon Brined Fiedler Fresh Ham served with grits, gravy and quick braised greens, $17.00; Spring Lamb Curry, with coconut rice and cilantro, $16.00; Rack of Lamb, with Eternal Equinox grain salad, olives and mint, $25.00; Meat and Potatoes, grilled filet of beef, mashed potatoes, sautéed green beans and homemade steak sauce, $28.00; and Semolina Spaghetti with foraged ramps and white wine cream sauce, $14.00 and with addition of 3 jumbo shrimp, $24.00.
