This nonprofit fundraiser, hosted by Pete and Alice Eshelman for the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, is created to defend the rights and broaden the freedoms of family farms and artisan food producers while also protecting consumer access to raw milk and nutrient-dense foods. For a VIP farm Tour & Heartland Dinner, tickets are $250 per person. For one Heartland Dinner, tickets are priced at $100. The price for children 3-10 is $50 and for children under 3 it is free. At 3:00 pm enjoy the full VIP farm tour to learn the true workings of a fine Midwestern farm. At 5:00 pm enjoy a delectable dinner featuring Wagyu Beef Barbecue from the Heartland and listen in on some keynote speakers on Taking Back Our Food System. Special guests include Pete Kennedy, president of the Farm to Fork fund board, Sally Fallon Morell, author of Nourishing Traditions, along with other notable speakers.
