While celebrating its one-year anniversary, Matt the Miller’s Tavern in Carmel City Center hosts a Community Day benefitting the Carmel United Methodist Church Food Pantry. The restaurant will donate 25 percent of its net sales from Sunday Brunch, 10 a.m.–2 p.m., to the Food Pantry, which is celebrating its 21st year in operation. The Pantry provides food to residents of Hamilton County and serves an average of 300 families per month. Matt the Miller’s brunch offers a wide variety of dishes, from traditional breakfast favorites, like made-to-order omelets and fresh Belgian Waffles, to Chef Specials that change each week. The Brunch Buffet is $16.95 for adults, $7.95 for kids 5-10, and free for kids under 4. Diners may also enjoy the Hoosier Mama Bloody Mary Bar for $7 each or the Crimson Coffee Bar for $2 each.
