To ring in the holiday's, Donatello's winter wine dinner will feature six gourmet courses paired with six carefully selected Vanguard Wines. Courses include antipasti platters; braised beef short ribs soup; gorgonzola fruit salad; lobster risotto; osso bucco with polenta; and a variety of desserts. Chef Patrick Aasen has selected fairly healthy options so guests can enjoy each dish. The menu is also gluten free for those with dietary needs.
