Celebrated Sous Chef Erin Kem will be conducting cooking classes where she will take you through a hands-on culinary journey. Learn proper techniques from basic to advanced preparations while cooking in a professional kitchen. Dates include: Tuesday, February 18th: Knife Skills; Tuesday, March 25th: Foods of Eastern Europe; and Tuesday, April 29th: Foods of South America.
