Meat school returns in May. The Smoking Goose team is dishing out house sausage recipes and helping participants make their own sausage from start to finish. The team and guests will butcher, grind, spice, mix, stuff, and smoke old-school, handmade encased meat treats. Meaty snacks and libations will be served. Reservations required. $120.
