» My Cousin Brady: Tom Brady and the NFLPA will reportedly challenge the NFL in federal court if the Patriots quarterback loses his Deflategate appeal and receives a suspension of any length from commissioner Roger Goodell. Our legal analyst sized up the potential lawsuit:

 

» Bird-dogged: Paul George doesn’t believe he’ll play big minutes at a new position (power forward) this season, but on Tuesday Pacers president Larry Bird set his star straight: “He don’t make the decisions around here.” Bird’s comments sent some into a tizzy, but the hand-wringers have Larry Legend all wrong. If Bird were really gunning for George, he wouldn’t even see it coming. Right, Isiah? (Poor Isiah.)
