Did you find the overnight snowfall to be … oh, I don’t know … taxing? *rimshot* Make April 15 a little easier on yourself with themed Tax Day deals from retailers. 8Fifteen (815 E. 65th St., 317-253-1234) is offering 10 percent off everything (just enough, they note, to cover sales tax). Banana Republic (The Fashion Mall, 317-844-4634; Circle Centre, 631-0400) is doing 40 percent off everything full-price in stores “exclusively,” but we found the deal online, too. And American Apparel rewards you for stocking up on its ringer tees, leggings, and such: Everything is 15 percent off when you spend $100, 20 percent off $200, 30 percent off $300, and 40 percent off $400.
There are also pretty amazing deals to be found today with “taxes” nowhere near the name of the sale. Loft (several store locations) currently has 40 percent off everything, as does Ann Taylor (The Fashion Mall, 317-574-9445; Clay Terrace, 317-569-1322). The Limited (Castleton Square Mall, 317-842-2519; Circle Centre, 317-636-0812) slashed prices on select items by 60 percent.
