Each piece seems to exude a mix of sophistication and sexy for a look that emphasizes femininity and power. NEW That would be Boomerang Boutique, Felicia Kiesel’s new spot on the east end of Mass Ave, where she stocks an eclectic mix of new and vintage clothing, accessories, and housewares. The poshest designer boutique in Indy has met Cupid. With its emphasis on love this fall, not only are the mannequins hugging each other, but oxblood red is the new it color. Trendy red trench coats, textured red bags, fuzzy red hats, and slick red rainboots—well, you can see the common theme. The Orchard ($1,250 and up) remains one of the brand’s lust-worthy bags, along with the classic Burberry scarf. The store carries weekend and workwear and will order formal attire.

NEW Lovers of Uber need not mourn its close with the arrival of owner Anne Branham’s new shop, which predominately carries clothing and accessories, but also a few gifty ideas. The coolest thing about the store? Each of its locations offers different items to satisfy a range of shoppers. In Broad Ripple, Butler students will love the price points for the dresses, tops, denim, jewelry, and belts, as well as anything from the Bobbi and Splendid collections.
