With IU’s most exciting season in years barely underway, it’s hard to even think about 2013-14. But coach Tom Crean has landed a player that many think will be the guy to fill Cody Zeller’s shoes if Zeller makes the leap to the NBA in June. Noah Vonleh, a 6-foot-8 power forward from New Hampshire, verbally committed to Indiana during his visit to campus on Saturday night. The five-star recruit, ranked No. 8 in the country, is an even bigger score than Zeller (No. 15) was two years ago. There’s no telling if this kid will develop as the IU center has, but this video of Vonleh highlights certainly seems promising.
