Video: Lily & Madeleine Take New York (Again)

“Lily & Madeleine just performed [insert somewhere impossibly cool]” could start to sound like a broken record this month—and for a long, long time to come. After a YouTube breakout this year followed by an East Coast and Midwest summer tour (not to mention lots of media love, from Vogue to yours truly), Indy sisters Madeleine and Lily Jurkiewicz release their debut full-length album, “Lily & Madeleine,” on Oct. 29 on the city’s own Asthmatic Kitty record label.
The promotional tour began Saturday when the teens performed on CBS This Morning…

… then hung out with fellow Asthmatic Kitty artist Sufjan Stevens

…before flying across the pond for performances in London, Berlin, and Paris this week. It’s all happening so fast for the IU freshman, Madeleine, and the Bishop Chatard senior, Lily, that they haven’t even had time to become jaded yet:

You can pre-order the album on Amazon or wait for it to drop at Luna Music at the end of the month.
