The memes of Tom Crean’s face probably won’t stop making the rounds on social media until March. Oh, wait. Madness begins then, which may or may not include Crean’s Indiana University Hoosiers. The team is now 18-9. But so are the Boilermakers of Purdue University, who boast a 10-4 Big Ten Conference record compared to IU’s 8-6 mark. That and protecting one’s home court could make the difference between an NCAA Tournament berth and being relegated to the NIT event in a few short weeks.
