» Fletcher Place favorite Rook is relocating to a bigger space inside the new Slate development (501 Virginia Ave.) this November. City Market stand and food truck Spice Box will move into the restaurant’s former location (719 Virginia Ave.).

» Sangrita Saloon (834 E. 64th St.) is now open, serving up house salsas, tacos, and craft margaritas and cocktails.

» According to the IBJ, Lincoln Square Pancake House (see eatlincolnsquare.com for locations) will open a new location at the Millikan on Mass development, joining Nine Irish Brothers (575 Massachusetts Ave., 317-964-0990), a new Fat Dan’s location, and an upcoming steak-and-seafood chophouse from the operator of Tow Yard Brewing (501 Madison Ave., 317-638-9273) and Fireside Brewhouse (997 E. County Line Rd., Greenwood, 317-859-9505).
