Not to worry: The Jazz Kitchen has that covered, too, with half-hour salsa or bachata dance lessons at 8:30 p.m. before DJs Gil, Coqui, and Latin Spy take the party over and crank some caliente tunes until 3 in the morning. Foyt Wine Vault (the building was once an old bank) swung open its doors in 2015 after racers Larry Foyt and Anthony Foyt IV, son and grandson of racing legend A.J. Foyt, decided to forge their own legacy off the track with a different passion: wine. The Vault—a wine-tasting room, restaurant, and racing museum—is now a stylish space where you can sip a glass of the popular No. 14 Cabernet while you pluck from a charcuterie board culled from Smoking Goose Meatery and Tulip Tree Creamery.
