A new edition to Bru Burger Bar’s (410 Massachusetts Ave., 317-635-4278; 12901 Old Meridian St., Carmel, 317-975-0033) menu: the onion ring–topped Honey Chipotle BBQ Burger. Bacon, caramelized onions, white cheddar, and black-pepper mayo join forces with barbecue-sauced pulled pork. It gets messy!
