» Celebrity chef Michael Symon was in town over the weekend for the opening of the new Indy location of his burger joint B Spot Burgers (2727 E. 86th St., 317-802-7678). He also carved out some time for brunch at Milktooth (534 Virginia Ave., 317-986-5131).

» Foursquare recently released a list of the top 10 steakhouses in America, based on ratings, likes, saves, shares, and other factors. St. Elmo Steak House (127 S. Illinois St., 317-635-0636) came in at No. 9.

» Love Handle (2829 E. 10th St., 317-430-5004) hosted a soft opening on Sunday. Owners Chris and Ally Benedyk hope to officially open the specialty sandwich and small-plates spot in about three weeks.

» Upcoming farm-to-table restaurant Heirloom (102 N. 3rd St., Lafayette, 765-807-0422) is opening soon in Lafayette. The restaurant is hosting its second pop-up dinner this weekend.
