The threat of rain might have sent partygoers under the cover of tents during the weekend’s Rev festivities in the shadow of the Pagoda at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. But spirits were not dampened during the evening party that featured celebrity chefs Spike Mendelsohn and Vic Vegas as well as food booths that paired local chefs with IMS drivers. Highlights of the evening: Late Harvest Kitchen‘s smoked-rosemary cocktail and the Moroccan pork shoulder with roasted grape chutney and fennel–bacon fat potato hash at The Local Eatery and Pub / Bobby Rahal table.
