Swoon List: Greenleaf Juicing Company, The Lemon Bar, And More

Five things we’re craving right now.

The Sunrise acai bowl from Greenleaf Juicing Company (18 N. Meridian St., 317-986-6010) features acai, strawberry, shredded coconut, coconut oil, almond butter, cold-milled flax, kale, blueberry, granola, orange, banana, and ice. Eating green never tasted so good.

The apple-and-cheddar hand pie from Milktooth (534 Virginia Ave., 317-986-5131) is a savory pocket of apple slices, cheddar cheese, and mustard grains.

Milktooth excels with its pastry goods.

Good Morning Mama’s (1001 E. 54th St., 317-255-3800) nails the classic brunch staple of a toasted bagel with cream cheese, lox, tomatoes, onions, and capers.

A pig-bowl full of gut-busting Hoosier Poutine—fat, golden fries blanketed in meaty sausage gravy and cheddar—at The Lemon Bar (95 E. Pine St., Zionsville, 317-344-0472).

Poutine is better when served in a pig bowl.

Speaking of pork, why not enjoy the Crispy Pata from Rook (501 Virginia Ave., 317-737-2293)? Fried pork hock, rice, atchara (pickled unripe papaya), and dipping sauces.

Holy meat sweats. The Crispy Pata from Rook is incredible.
