The Feed: Fat Rooster Diner, Broken Beaker Distillery, and More

This Week’s Trends in Indy Dining
» Sad news: the Hyatt Regency’s atrium-side restaurant One South (1 S. Capitol Ave., 317-632-1234) has closed, which means no more pasta bar at lunch. The good news? The hotel has replaced it with a new restaurant, Fat Rooster Diner, which will be unveiled Tuesday.

» Laboratory-themed bar Broken Beaker Distillery (643 Massachusetts Ave.) will open its doors at 4 p.m. on February 25, distilling science-themed spirits like Pendulum Spiced Vodka, Isotope Cranberry Liqueur, and Resonance Apricot Brandy.

» Cincinnati-based Mexican restaurant Nada will open on the ground level of Circle Centre (11 W. Maryland St.) on March 2, serving lunch and dinner seven days a week, as well as brunch on the weekends.
