Spicy Thai fare lingers on the menu alongside seven versions of egg foo young and other familiar Chinese fare. Goat rending in a rich sauce is a more authentic way to encounter Burmese cuisine, as is mohinga, a soothing noodle soup with seafood balls and a broth that tastes just like the ocean.
