The Ville

An appearance on Food Network’s Buy This Restaurant launched owners Keith and Raquel Brooks into the local dining spotlight even before they landed in their homey storefront eatery, The Ville, in the heart of historic Noblesville. The decor is simpler than the upscale prices on the menu would suggest, but chef Keith’s skill and training at New Orleans’s famed Commander’s Palace show in such specialties as a juicy, thick-cut pork chop and a flaky, sweet-glazed sea bass with roasted daikon and carrots. The Caesar salad, prepared tableside, adds a little theater to dinner, and brunch on Sundays includes an omelet station and prime rib.
