Only in Indiana: Donald Trump and Bob Knight

In 49 states, it’s just basketball. In Indiana, presidential candidates campaign with iconic basketball coaches—as on Wednesday, when Bob Knight threw his support behind GOP front-runner Donald Trump at a rally at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

“They talk in a negative way about Donald—that he isn’t presidential,” said Knight. “I don’t know what in the hell that means.”

“The greatest endorsement in the history of Indiana, folks,” said Trump. “What a winner. What a winner. Such a great man. You know, our country doesn’t win any more. That’s what we need right there—let me tell you.”
