About the 2025 Dream Home
This August, you can step inside Fishers’ newest modern marvel. The 2025 Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home showcases the hottest trends in custom residential building and design. Built by Carl McIntyre of Carrington Homes, with interior design by Revkah Gordon of Revkah Design and architectural design by Emily Handke Design, the 2025 Dream Home allows visitors the opportunity to tour a custom designed residence with picturesque views and luxurious furnishings, finishes, and amenities. Located near Geist Reservoir in Fishers, the house is open to the public during select weekends in August. The 2025 Dream Home is proudly sponsored by The Agency Indy along with Napleton Italian Imports and supports Heroes Foundation.
VIP Preview Party
Date & Time: August 7, 5–9 p.m. Location: Fishers Hors d’oeuvres and an open bar will be provided, along with a champagne toast and a Red Poolside Cocktail Party hosted by The Agency Indy. Must be 21+ to attend. Attire is business casual. To protect the home’s flooring, we ask that you please refrain from wearing high heels. Off-site parking and transportation will be provided—stay tuned for more details.

Dream Home Tour
Dates & Times: August 8–10, August 15–17, and August 22–24 Noon–6 p.m. Sundays 12:30–6 p.m. Location: Fishers
Tickets are $25 each. All proceeds go to Heroes Foundation.
Tour policies:
- To protect the home’s flooring, we ask that you please refrain from wearing high heels.
- ADA access: While transportation will be provided to and from the home, parking is not available directly outside the residence. Stairs are also present throughout the home, which may present mobility challenges.
- Children age 12 and younger receive complimentary admission, but no strollers will be permitted.
