At this northern Hamilton County storefront, Lisa Sparks bakes six-inch versions of her full-size Dutch apple, pumpkin, and berry pies made from family recipes. To guarantee freshness, nothing in the shop hangs around longer than 24 hours. No need to worry; most of the inventory sells out daily.

Although Kim’s is known for producing gorgeous custom wedding cakes and cupcakes, Greenwood residents also gravitate to this southside bakeshop for scaled-down versions of the luscious sugar cream pie and flaky blueberry and apple hand pies.
