Bub's Burgers and Ice Cream

The walls at these popular family-friendly spots are covered with signed photos of patrons who have eaten “The Big Ugly,” a platter-spanning burger that weighs in at a full pound after it’s been cooked; the tasty elk burgers are practically health food by comparison. Chili, chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, crunchy beer-battered onion rings, and a couple of salad options round out the food menu. Milkshakes, especially the potent chocolate-mint variety, are hard to resist, though you could also go for one of the dozen-or-so flavors of hand-dipped ice cream. Lunch and dinner daily.
