Spicy tuna laid over sushi rice and topped with everything that isn’t nailed down—from wakame to spicy crab to slivered watermelon radishes—at the new IUPUI-adjacent Ali’I Poke (910 W. 10th St., 317-602-3632). Be sure to ask for an extra shake of Furikake seasoning to take the funky sesame flavor up a notch.

The Sunday-only bialy from Bagel Fair (1300 E. 86th St., 317-846-0950) is a flat bagel topped with onions, poppy seeds, and salt. Pro-tip: Call ahead to have a few saved back for you.
