Country star Blake Shelton is backing downtown Indy’s newest dining restaurant, Ole Red. Set to open in 2027, the business will bring “scratch-made Southern food, honky-tonk strong drinks, rooftop views, and concert-caliber live music on multiple stages” to the former Tiki Bob’s Cantina in the Fieldhouse District. 231-235 S.
